We will come to you in person and complete the ASIC application with you to ensure you understand all of the questions and the structure of your company. Small business registration service is for South East Queensland residents only.

Our fee to visit you in person and complete a new company application form and register a new business (Proprietary Limited) company, including:

·  Complete application form (register my business)

·  Submit application to ASIC

·  Payment of the ASIC registration fee

·  ACN (Australian Company Number)

·  Company Registration Certificate

·  Member Consent Forms (Director / Public Officer / Shareholders)

·  Register of Members
